摘　　要：为了解决煤矸人工分拣工序工作效率低、安全性不高的问题,研发基于机器视觉的智能煤矸分选机器人,其具备自动识别、精确定位、快速选拣、分类投放等功能,达到煤矸高效分离、提高生产效率、替代人工的目的。In order to solve the problems of low work efficiency and low safety of manual gangue sorting process,the intelligent gangue sorting robot based1 on machine vision is developed,which has the functions of automatic identification,precise positioning,fast sorting and sorting,etc.to achieve the purpose of efficient separation of gangue,improve production efficiency and replace manual work.
