摘 要:针对煤矿井下带式输送机运行控制系统调速性能落后,输送机运行时“大马拉小车”现象严重、耗电量大的情况,提出了一种新的煤矿井下带式输送机变频调速控制系统,对变频调速控制原理、系统硬件构成方案等进行了分析。结果表明:新的带式输送机变频调速控制系统能够有效解决输送机控制能耗高的不足,将运行时的电能消耗降低24.4%以上,具有极大的应用推广价值。In view of the backward speed control performance of underground coal mine belt conveyor operationcontrol system and the serious phenomenon of"big horse pulling small car"and high power consumption during theoperation of the conveyor,a new frequency control system for underground coal mine belt conveyor is proposed,andthe frequency control principle and system hardware composition scheme are analyzed.The results show that the newbelt conveyor variable frequency speed control system can effectively solve the deficiency of high energy consumptionof conveyor control and reduce the power consumption during operation by more than 24.4%,which has greatapplication and promotion value.
