综采工作面刮板输送机断链原因分析及预防措施

摘　　要：针对白洞矿8105工作面回采过程中,SGZ800/800型刮板输送机经常出现断链现象,导致刮板输送机运行稳定性低、维修成本费用高,严重制约着工作面安全高效回采,对此,白洞矿通过技术研究对工作面刮板输送机断链原因进行分析,并采取了合理有效的预防措施。通过实际应用效果来看,采取预防措施后工作面在后期回采过程中刮板输送机断链故障率降低了82%,维修费用降低了28余万元,取得了显著应用成效。In the process of 8105 working face retrieval in Baidong Mine,the SGZ800/800 scraper conveyor of workingface often breaks the chain,which leads to low stability of scraper conveyor operation and high maintenance cost,which seriously restricts the safe and efficient retrieval of working face.In this regard,Baidong Mine analyzes thecauses of chain breakage of scraper conveyor of working face through technical research and takes reasonable andeffective preventive measures.Through the practical application effect,the failure rate of scraper conveyor chainbreakage in the later recovery process has been reduced by 82%,and the maintenance cost has been reduced by morethan 280,000 yuan,which has achieved significant applicat ion effect.
