摘　　要：为切实解决摇臂钻床作业过程中的安全问题,从保证机械加工的本质安全性及提高操作工的安全意识角度出发,对摇臂钻床的工作原理进行介绍,并对摇臂钻床作业中的风险点进行分析,进而有针对性地制定一系列安全防护措施,以提高摇臂钻床作业过程中的安全系数,保障安全生产。In order to effectively solve the safety problems during the operation of rocker drilling machine,from the perspective of ensuring the essential safety of machining and improving the safety awareness of operators,the working principle of rocker drilling machine is introduced,the risk points in the operation of rocker drilling machine are analyzed,and then a series of safety protection measures are formulated in a targeted manner to improve the safety coefficient during the operation of rocker drilling machine and guarantee safe production.
