摘　　要：以欧洲OAPEN开放服务平台为例,介绍其发展概况,分析服务内容,总结特点,获得启示。OAPEN开放服务平台为用户提供收集、整理、托管和发现等基础服务,也提供数字保存、质量保障、宣传传播和学术评价监控等升级服务,具有分布式管理架构、多元化合作机制、基于国际通用标准的技术架构和多渠道筹措资金等特点。Take the European OAPEN open science service platform as an example to introduce the development overview of OAPEN and analyze the service content.Conclusion:OAPEN open science infrastructure provides basic services such as collection,sorting,hosting and discovery for publishers,libraries,scientific research institutions,publication funding agencies,readers and authors,as well as digital preservation,quality assurance,publicity/dissemination and academic evaluation monitoring and other upgrade services have the characteristics of distributed architecture system,diversified cooperation mechanism,technical architecture based on international common standards,and multi-channel fund raising.
