摘　　要：开展自然资源统一调查监测,加快形成“陆地和海洋、地上和地下统筹,全要素、全天候、全覆盖”的自然资源调查监测体系,实现对全部国土空间和所有自然资源资产的有效监管,是自然资源系统进行相关管理工作的基础,由于我国自然资源调查监测工作机制尚未完全建立,且存在与第三次全国国土调查及地理国情监测成果分类标准不统一、衔接不充分的问题。以江苏省某地为例,开展基于第三次全国国土调查和地理国情监测成果的自然资源调查监测内业解译研究,为即将全面开展的自然资源调查监测工作提供参考。Carry out a unified survey and monitoring of natural resources,accelerate the formation of a natural resource survey and monitoring system of“land and ocean,above ground and underground,all elements,all weather,and full coverage”,and realize effective supervision of all land and space and all natural resource assets.It is the basis for the management of natural resources management departments,but my country’s natural resources survey and monitoring work mechanism has not yet been established,and there are problems in the classification standards of natural resources and the third national land survey and geographical situation monitoring results are not uniform and insufficient.This article takes a place in Jiangsu Province as an example to carry out research on the internal interpretation of natural resources survey and monitoring based on the results of the three-harmonization and geographical national conditions monitoring,to provide a reference for the upcoming comprehensive survey and monitoring of natural resources.
