摘 要:为研究轻钢龙骨-钢桁架石膏复合板的承载性能及其在轻钢装配式住宅楼屋盖中的应用,通过对复合楼板试件进行竖向均布荷载作用下的静载模拟试验,同时在前人对复合相磷石膏研究的基础上,采用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS对复合板承载能力和变形进行有限元分析。研究结果表明:轻钢龙骨-钢桁架石膏复合板受力明确,具有较好的承载性能,在规范规定的楼面活荷载标准值作用下,跨中挠度符合楼、屋面板正常使用极限状态承载力和挠屈变形的要求。In order to investigate load-carrying performance of light steel skid-steel truss gyps composite floor slab and its application in the roof of light steel fabricated residential buildings,article carries out static load simulation test under vertical uniformly distributed load on composite floor slab specimens,and based on previous researches on composite phase phosphopaster,carry out finite element analysis on bearing capacity and deformation of composite slab by large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The research results show that the light steel joist-steel truss gypsum composite slab shall be under clear stress and have better bearing performance.Under the action of the standard value of floor live load specified in the specifications,the mid-span deflection shall meet the requirements of the normal service limit state bearing capacity and flexural deformation of the floor slab and roof slab.
