摘 要:目的通过吡丙醚·噻虫嗪液体样品进行动式吸入染毒模拟试验,探讨液体类样品吸入毒性试验的染毒浓度监测方法,为农药毒理学评价提供科学依据。方法以样品9%吡丙醚·噻虫嗪(有效成分含5%吡丙醚和4%噻虫嗪)可溶液剂进行动式吸入染毒模拟试验,在染毒过程中分别采用活性炭采样管、酸性硅胶采样管、中性硅胶采样管、多孔玻板吸收管和大型气泡吸收管进行采样,选取采样效率最佳的多孔玻板采样管,在相同动式染毒模拟试验条件下,以0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5和3.0 L/min流量采集5 L气体,探讨采样流量对浓度测定结果的影响。以采样流量1.0、1.5和2.0 L/min分别进行1、2、3、4和5 min采样试验,探讨采样时间对浓度测定结果的影响。以采样效率和采样浓度为评定指标,通过分析比较寻找最优的实际染毒浓度监测方法。结果甲醇—多孔玻板吸收管采样法适用于该样品液体气溶胶采样;采样流量为1.0、1.5和2.0 L/min时能够符合实时染毒采样要求;受到吸收液最大负载的制约,有效的采样流量越低,采样时间可选的范围越大。结论1 L/min采样1~5 min的条件,能满足该样品吸入毒性试验实染毒际浓度的测定。液体类样品可参照采用本研究方法进行吸入毒性试验实际染毒浓度采样方法的开发。Objective A dynamic inhalation toxic simulation test was carried out with a solution of pyriproxyfen-thiamethoxam complex,and the method for monitoring the concentration of the inhalation toxic test was explored and discussed,aiming to provide a scientific rationale for the toxicological evaluation of pesticides.Methods The sample,a solution 9%of pyriproxyfen-thiamethoxam complex(5%of pyriproxyfen and 4%of thiamethoxam),was used for dynamic inhalation toxic simulation test.During the toxic process,the activated carbon sampling tubes,acid silica gel sampling tubes,neutral silica gel sampling tubes,porous glass plate absorption tubes,and large bubble absorption tubes were used for screening samples.The porous glass plate sampling tubes were selected for the best sampling efficiency.Under the same dynamic toxic simulation test conditions,5 L gas was collected at 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5 and 3.0 L/min flow rate,respectively,after which the influences of sampling flow rate on the result of concentration measurement were discussed.The sampling tests were conducted with sampling flow rates of 1.0,1.5 and 2.0 L/min for 1,2,3,4 and 5 min,respectively,and then the influences of sampling time on the result of concentration determination were explored.By taking sampling efficiency and sampling concentration as evaluation indicators,both the analysis and comparison were performed to find the best actual toxic concentration monitoring method.Results The methanol-porous glass plate absorption tube sampling method is suitable for the liquid aerosol.The sampling flow of 1.0,1.5 and 2.0 L/min can meet the requirements of real-time toxic sampling.Being restricted by the maximum load of the absorption liquid,the lower the effective sampling flow rate is,the larger the range of sampling selectable time is.Conclusion The methanol-porous glass plate absorption tube was used for sampling.The sampling method,1 L/min sampling for 1.5 min,met the actual concentration detection of the sample in the inhalation toxic test.The liquid samples can ad
