摘　　要：以2008一2019年长三角、珠三角、京津冀城市群为研究对象,运用投入产出关系构建产业集群网络,在测度受2008年金融危机冲击后的城市经济韧性的基础上,实证检验了集群网络结构特征对城市经济韧性的直接影响与创新水平的中介机制。研究发现:产业集群网络密度与关联度因加剧风险传导等原因对城市经济韧性产生负向影响;产业集群网络特征对经济韧性的影响均能通过刺激城市创新,进而推动产业转型升级,提升城市经济韧性;集群企业间的网络特征主要通过促进低技术、高实用的创新进而提升城市经济韧性。Taking the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration from 2008 to 2019 as the research objects,this paper uses the input-output relationship to construct the industrial cluster network,and empirically tests the direct impact of cluster network structure characteristics on urban economic resilience and the intermediary mechanism of innovation level on the basis of measuring the urban economic resilience after the financial crisis in 2008. The results show that: firstly,the density and relevance of industrial cluster network have a negative impact on urban economic resilience due to intensified risk transmission;Secondly,the impact of industrial cluster network characteristics on economic resilience can stimulate urban innovation,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and enhance urban economic resilience;Thirdly,the network characteristics of cluster enterprises mainly promote low-tech and high practical innovation to enhance the urban economic resilience.
