摘  要:制备并表征了水化硫铝酸盐水泥粉体材料(HCSAP),并结合水化热、化学收缩、XRD、TG、SEM等测试研究了HCSAP对硫铝酸盐水泥自身水化进程的影响。结果表明:在大水灰比条件下,硫铝酸盐水泥完全水化后主要生成钙矾石、水铝黄长石、单硫型水化硫铝酸钙及少量氢氧化铝。在硫铝酸盐水泥中混掺10%HCSAP,该改性浆体后期水化放热量较基准浆体显著增加,且化学收缩有所减小。微观分析表明:HCSAP改性硫铝酸盐水泥浆体中钙矾石及水铝黄长石生成量均显著增加,水化程度明显提高,提高幅度在水化初期及水化后期越发显著。This study prepared and characterized the hydrated calcium sulfoaluminate cement powder(HCSAP) and furtherly investigated its effect on the hydration evolution of calcium sulfoaluminate(CSA) cement with several techniques such as calorimetry,chemical shrinkage,XRD,TG and SEM. The results show that the main hydration products of CSA cement are ettringite,stratlingite,monosulfate and a few of aluminum hydroxide when CSA hydrates at high W/C. With additio of 10% HCSAP in CSA cement,the cumulative heat of modified CSA cement paste is significantly increased comparing with the control CSA cement paste after 15 h,furthermore, its chemical shrinkage was also decreased. It can be further seen from micro analysis that the formation of ettringite and stratlingite of HCSAP modified CSA cement paste is increased while its hydration degree is also improved, and its trend is more obvious with curing ages at the initial and late stage.
