摘 要:我国建筑产业和钢铁产业的长期兴旺导致了我国工业石灰年产量长期位居世界首位。结合我国工业石灰产业现状,采用生命周期评价(LCA)的方法通过对工业石灰从"摇篮"到"大门"的资源能源消耗和污染物排放进行调研,然后进行清单编制,采用ReCiPe分析方法对数据进行特征化和归一化。结果表明,人体致癌毒性(HTPc)、人体非致癌毒性(HTPnc)、颗粒物形成潜力(PMFP)和全球变暖潜力(GWP)对环境影响较大,分别占38.26%、21.58%、12.90%和12.76%。石灰石煅烧阶段对GWP、HTPnc和HTPc贡献较大,分别达到了89.61%、42.73%和67.29%。将石灰石煅烧时的燃料由煤换为天然气时,所选6项关键评价指标均出现下降,能有效降低环境影响。The long-term prosperity of China’s construction industry and steel industry has led to the annual output of industrial lime in China ranking first in the world for a long time. Combined with the current situation of China’s industrial lime indus-try,this study uses the life cycle assessment(LCA) method to investigate the resource and energy consumption and pollutant emission of industrial lime from the "cradle" to the "gate",then compile the list,and characterize and normalize the data by using the recipe analysis method. The results showed that human carcinogenic toxicity(HTPc),human non carcinogenic toxicity(HTPnc),particulate matter formation potential(PMFP) and global warming potential(GWP) had a great impact on the environment,accounting for38.26%,21.58%,12.90% and 12.76% respectively. The limestone calcination stage contributes greatly to GWP,HTPnc and HTPC,reaching 89.61%,42.73% and 67.29% respectively. When the fuel for limestone calcination is changed from coal to natural gas,the six key evaluation indexes selected decline,effectively reducing the environmental impact.
