摘 要:为提高普通水泥砂浆抗滑涂层的路用性能,分别研究了水性环氧树脂、SBR胶乳、CRL胶乳对涂层砂浆拉拔强度的影响;PVA纤维、BF纤维、GF纤维对开裂指数的影响;SBR胶乳、CRL胶乳对耐磨性的影响。结果表明,水性环氧树脂对提高拉拔强度最显著,PVA纤维对降低开裂指数最为显著,SBR胶乳对降低磨耗值最为显著。在单因素试验的基础上,基于Box-Behnken原理进行响应面优化,优化结果表明,改性材料的最佳掺量为:水性环氧树脂8%、SBR胶乳13.7%、PVA纤维1.1%,在此掺量条件下,抗滑涂层材料的拉拔强度为0.70 MPa、裂缝开裂指数为0、磨耗值为21.71 g/m^(2)。To improve the road performance of the skid resistant coat of ordinary cement mortar,this paper separately studied effect of waterborne epoxy resin,SBR latex,CRL latex on pull-out strength,effect of PVA fiber,BF fiber,GF fiber on cracking index,and effect of SBR latex and CRL latex on abrasion value. The research results showed that waterborne epoxy resin had the most significant effect on improving pull-out strength,PVA fiber had the most significant effect on reducing cracking index,and SBR latex had more significant effect on lowering abrasion value. On the basis of the univariate experiments,an optimized experiment according to Box-Behnken principle was carried out to improve the above three design indicators. The optimized result was as follows:dosage of waterborne epoxy resin was 8%,dosage of PVA fiber was 1.1%,and dosage of SBR latex was 13.7%. Under the optimized condition,the pull-out strength was 0.70 MPa,the cracking index was 0,and the abrasion value was 21.71 g/m^(2).
