摘　　要：阐述了装配式装修的概念、优势和BIM技术在装配式装修行业的应用现状。结合BIM软件,从族库建立、参数化建模、碰撞检查、施工图出图、工程算量等方面提出了装配式装修设计的技术路线。以全装配式装修研发实验房项目为例,详细介绍了装配式装修BIM设计过程,验证了技术思路的可行性与合理性,为推动BIM技术在装配式装修行业的应用提供理论方法、技术思路和实例参考,对BIM技术在装配式装修行业的发展提出政策建议。This paper expounds on the concept and advantages of BIM technology and the application status of BIM Technology in the assembly decoration industry. Combined with BIM software,this paper puts forward the technical route of assembly decoration design from the aspects of family library establishment,parametric modeling,collision check,construction drawing,engineering calculation,and so on. Taking the fully assembled decoration experimental room project as an example,this paper introduces the BIM design process of assembled decoration in detail,verifies the feasibility and rationality of technical ideas,provides theoretical methods,technical ideas,and case reference for promoting the application of BIM Technology in the assembled decoration industry,and puts forward policy suggestions for the development of BIM Technology in the assembled decoration industry.
