摘 要:研究了不同化学组成的软化油对自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材物理性能和老化性能的影响。结果表明,饱和分含量较高、芳香分含量相对较低的软化油有利于改善自粘聚合物改性沥青基材的高低温性能;芳香分、胶质和沥青质含量较高的软化油有利于提高自粘聚合物改性沥青基材剥离强度;饱和分含量较高的软化油制备的自粘聚合物改性沥青基材则具有更好的抗热老化和紫外老化性能。The effect of softening oil with different chemical composition on the physical and aging properties of self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane was studied. The results show that softening oil with higher content of saturates and lower content of aromatics are beneficial to improve the high-and low-temperature performance of self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt substrate, while softening oil with higher content of aromatics, resin, and asphaltene are beneficial to improve the peeling strength of self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt substrate. The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt substrate prepared by softening oil with higher saturates content has better thermal and ultraviolet aging resistance.
