摘 要:介绍了气凝胶岩棉复合保温材料的制备工艺,研究了气凝胶含量、岩棉板厚度和密度对复合保温材料导热系数的影响,确定了最佳生产工艺配方,并对复合保温材料的微观形貌与元素种类与含量进行了分析。结果表明,气凝胶含量为7%,岩棉板厚度为40 mm,密度为120 kg/m^(3)时,复合材料的导热系数最低,为0.0202 W/(m·K)。气凝胶有利于降低复合保温材料的导热系数,大幅提高复合保温材料的保温性能。The preparation process of aerogel-rock wool composite thermal insulation material was introduced and the effects of solid contents,thickness and density of the board on thermal conductivity of the aerogel-rock wool composite material were studied,and the morphology and energy spectrum of the material were analyzed. The results showed that when the aerogel content is 7%,the thickness of the rock wool board is 40 mm,and the density is 120 kg/m^(3),the thermal conductivity of the composite is the lowest,which is 0.0202 W/(m·K). Aerogel was beneficial to reduce the thermal conductivity of aerogel rock wool composite,and the thermal insulation performance of ordinary rock wool was greatly improved.
