摘 要:数字化时代物流业在全球范围内迅速发展,一方面促进了区域经济协调及高质量发展,另一方面因交通运输排放二氧化碳给环境带来一定压力,如何有效协调三者平衡发展是当前学界关注的热点问题。基于我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)2013—2018年的数据,构建数字物流、区域经济、碳环境治理的耦合协调度指标体系,首先测算各省(自治区、直辖市)的耦合协调度,其次对耦合协调度进行探索性空间数据分析,再次以耦合协调度为被解释变量,运用固定效应回归模型进行实证分析,最后将人均可支配收入替换为人均GDP进行稳健性检验。研究表明:各省耦合协调度集中在[0.2,0.9]之间,地区间的发展存在差异,且在空间上表现为一定的集聚性;人均可支配收入对耦合协调度的影响最大,生态建设与保护投资对耦合协调度的影响最小。因此,从提高各区域整体协调水平和减小各省协调水平差异来加强数字物流公共信息平台建设及区域协同机制。具体地,运用大数据技术使其数据库与车辆联网数据库实现共享;进一步推进数字基础设施建设,打造本省独有的数字物流发展模式;耦合协调度较高的地区要打破地域限制,带动全国各省数字物流、区域经济与碳环境治理的优质协调;地方政府应助力发展节能减排技术的研发与使用,并定期对其城市空气质量进行监测。以实现数字物流、区域经济与碳环境治理的优质协调发展。In the digital age,logistics industry,the emerging industry,is developing rapidly all over the world.On the one hand,it promotes the coordinated and high-quality development of regional economy;on the other hand,the carbon dioxide emission brought by transportation also imposes some pressure on the environment,and how to effectively coordinate the balanced development of the three becomes the hot issue in the academic circles.According to the data of 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2013 to 2018,the authors establish the coupling coordination index system of digital logistics,regional economy and carbon environment governance.First,the coupling coordination degree of provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)is calculated;second,the spatial data analysis of coupling coordination degree is carried out;third,the coupling coordination degree is taken as the variable that is explained,and the empirical analysis is carried out with the help of the fixed effect regression model;and fourth,the per capita disposable income is replaced by per capita GDP for robustness test.According to the research,it indicates that:(1)The coupling coordination degree of each province is concentrated between[0.2,0.9],and it exists differences in development among regions,which also shows a certain agglomeration in space;(2)The per capita disposable income has the greatest impact on the coupling coordination degree,and the ecological construction and protection investment has the least impact on the coupling coordination degree;and(3)The above conclusions are still valid after robustness test.Therefore,some corresponding policy suggestions are proposed in this thesis,which cover the improvement of the overall coordination level of provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions),the reduction of the difference of coordination level among provinces.It can strengthen the construction of digital logistics public information platform and regional coordination mechanism.Specifically,the province uses big da
