摘 要:铸造行业中用的陶粒砂、硅砂等,由于等级偏细,在使用过程中产生不同程度的磨损,使得铸造砂中含有一定量的砂粒粉尘。由于粉尘无法用在铸造砂中,铸造行业普遍使用除尘器将粉尘进行吸除收集。而且这些砂粉尘中因为含有树脂固化剂等添加物无法使用在其他地方,造成了资源浪费以及环境污染。如何将铸造砂使用过程产生的砂粉尘进行回收利用成为亟待解决的资源和环保问题。本文介绍了一种铸造砂粉尘焙烧回收设备,设备通过将铸造砂粉尘高温焙烧,将粉尘中的灼减量灼烧合格,再使用超声波振动筛将粉尘进行粒度筛分,筛分出粒度目数大于200目的铸造砂灰。砂灰可以作为水基涂料的骨料,利用这种骨料制作出的水基涂料密度、悬浮性、流平性均符合要求。The ceramic sand and silicon sand used in the casting industry have different degrees of wear and tear in the process of use because of their fine grade,which makes the casting sand contain a certain amount of sand dust.Because dust cannot be used in casting sand,dust collector is commonly used in the casting industry to absorb and collect dust.Moreover,the sand dust can not be used in other places because it contains additives such as resin curing agent,resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution.How to recycle sand dust generated in the process of casting sand has become an urgent resource and environmental protection problem.This paper introduces a kind of foundry sand dust roasting and recovery equipment.The equipment calcined the foundry sand dust at high temperature,burned the amount of burning in the dust qualified,and then used ultrasonic vibrating screen to screen the dust for particle size more than 200 mesh casting sand ash.Sand ash can be used as the aggregate of water-based coating,and the density,suspension and leveling of water-based coating produced by this aggregate meet the requirements.
