摘  要:本文介绍了3种大型机体主油道成型技术及其优缺点,通过实际案例总结出了每种成型技术的适用条件。油道直径大于70 mm,长径比小于30:1的油道适合砂芯铸造工艺;直径小于70 mm,且长径比大于30:1的油道采用不铸出工艺,由加工而成。油道直径大于70 mm,油道壁厚大于15 mm,且长径比大于30:1的油道可以采用镶铸管工艺。Several common forming techniques and their advantages and disadvantages for the main oil channel of large body were introduced.The applicable conditions of each method are summarized through practical cases.The oil passage diameter is more than 70mm and the length-diameter ratio is less than 30:1,which is suitable for sand core casting process.The oil passage with diameter less than 70mm and length-diameter ratio greater than 30:1 is processed without casting process and is made by processing.If the diameter of oil passage is greater than 70mm,the thickness of oil passage wall is greater than 15mm,and the length-diameter ratio is greater than 30:1,the casting tube process can be adopted.
