摘　　要：高强度定位板的熔炼工艺为:选择合理的化学成分、炉料配比、采用多种合金同时注意各元素间的搭配。选用高效孕育剂,强化孕育效果,改善铸件的基体组织及石墨形态。Melting process of high strong back was summarized as follows:choose the proper chemical composition,furnace burden.the use of multi-element low alloy bearing in mind the various elements together.Selection of effective inoculants,strengthen inoculation effect,improve the matrix and graphite morphology of cast.
