摘 要:针对传统粗纱机存在人工落纱效率低和工作强度大等问题,设计了一种粗纱机集体自动落纱装置,与粗纱机配套使用可降低人工劳动强度和提高落纱效率。因装置的稳定性好坏直接影响落纱工作正常进行,对其关键部位——落纱架进行模态分析和谐响应分析,基于SIMP法对落纱架中的薄弱部位——托板进行拓扑优化,分析了落纱架优化前后的动态特性。结果表明:优化后托板的质量减少了5.2%,落纱架前两阶固有频率提高了25.4%和37.4%,托板边缘处X、Y、Z 3个方向位移响应峰值分别减少了16.2%、52.5%、63.2%,落纱架的动态特性得到明显改善,验证了SIMP法对于结构优化设计的有效性,为后续整体装置的样机试制提供参考依据。Aiming at the problems of low manual doffing efficiency and high work intensity in traditional roving frames,a collective automatic doffing device of roving frame was designed,which can be used in conjunction with the roving frame to reduce labor intensity and improve the doffing efficiency.Because the stability of the device directly affects the normal doffing work,the key part of the doffing frame was used for modal analysis and harmonious response analysis.The topology optimization of the weak part of the doffing frame,the supporting plate,was carried out based on the SIMP method.The dynamic characteristics of the doffing frame before and after optimization were analyzed.The results show that after optimization,the mass of the support plate is reduced by 5.2%,the first two natural frequencies of the doffing frame are increased by 25.4%and 37.4%,and the peak values of displacement responses in X,Y and Z directions at the edge of the support plate are reduced by 16.2%,52.5%and 63.2%,respectively.The dynamic characteristics of the doffing frame are improvedobviously,which verifies the effectiveness of SIMP method for structural optimization design.It provides a reference for the subsequent prototype trial production of the whole device.
