摘 要:针对目前桑蚕茧解舒检验缫丝控制仪存在自动化程度低、检验数据存储分散等问题,设计了一种面向云存储的桑蚕茧解舒检验系统。云存储平台采用4层架构设计,为实现解舒检验数据海量存储与共享提供标准化调用接口。下位机以STM32为主控芯片采集缫丝机上传感器信号,通过串口通信协议实时传输小䈅转数,吊糙次数,添绪次数至上位机。上位机采集下位机传输信号并实时处理,定时触发相机采集绪下茧图像,通过图像处理算法自动识别绪下茧粒数,将所有数据计算后传输至云存储平台。结果表明,该系统可实现绪下茧粒数识别以及解舒检验数据采集、计算、存储与共享,提高了解舒检验效率,可在各纤维检验所所推广应用。To improve the problems of low automation and scattered data storage of reeling control instrument for cocoon reelability experimental,a cloud storage-oriented design scheme of the cocoon reelability experimental system was proposed.The cloud storage platform was designed with four tier architecture,which provided standardized interfaces for massive storage and sharing of data.The lower computer whose main control chip was STM32 collects the sensor signals on the silk reeling machine and transmits signals to the upper computer in real time by the serial communication protocol.The upper computer received the signal which was transmitted by the lower computer and processes it in real time.The camera was triggered to take the cocoon photo at a fixed time by the upper computer.The cocoon numberwas automatically counted by the image processing algorithm.The data was calculated and transmitted to the cloud storage plat form with the upper computer.The result shows that the system can realize the number identification of cocoons during the process of reelability experimental and the calculation,storage and sharing of reelability experimental data.It improves the efficiency of reelability experiment and can be applied in fiber inspection institutes.
