摘 要:为了有效成形出高窄筋类锻件,提出了3种不同的毛坯结构,通过Deform-3D有限元软件进行模拟,针对3种方案分别进行了实验验证。结果表明,对于高窄筋类锻件的成形,荒坯的高度应接近锻件的高度,这样可以有效成形出目标锻件,避免锻造缺陷。针对优化工艺下的锻件进行了力学性能测试,结果表明,不同批次的锻件的力学性能稳定性很好。将模拟结果与实验结果对比发现,采用有限元模拟软件能够有效地预测锻造过程中的成形缺陷,缩短工艺制定周期,降低试错成本。所提出的荒坯设计具有一定的普适性,对于同类型锻件的锻造工艺的制定具有借鉴意义。In order to effectively form forgings with high and narrow ribs,three different blank structures were proposed which were simulated by finite element software Deform 3D and verified respectively by experiments.The results show that the height of blank should be close to the height of forgings for the forming of forgings with high and narrow ribs,which can effectively form the target forgings and avoid the forging defects,and the mechanical property test of forgings under the optimized process was conducted.The results show that the mechanical properties of forgings for different batches are consistent.Comparing the simulation results with the experimental results,it is found that the defects produced during the forging process can be simulated accurately by finite element simulation software,which can effectively shorten the time of process development and reduce the cost of trial and error.Thus,the blank design proposed has a certain universality,which has reference significance for the formulation of the forging process for the same type of forgings.
