摘 要:针对一种1561铝镁合金加筋圆筒形零件,进行校平、展平工艺设计,提出结合拉平-辊压的工艺方案,基于Voce和Swift本构模型对单拉试验数据进行拟合,并选取精度较高的Voce本构模型进行材料数据补充,得到了更高的仿真精度。建立了加筋圆筒形零件的有限元模型,并设计了拉平工艺参数,提出了3种辊压方案和1种改进的辊压方案,进行了整体矫平方案的设计,对于上述展平过程中各个环节的零件变形进行了有限元仿真。结果表明:拉平变形后零件达到了比较平整的情况,改进后的辊压方案使腹板平面波动高度差大幅降低;并且考察了腹板与筋条位置的综合辊压效果,矫平工序进一步降低了腹板平面度最大误差值。For the design of the leveling and flattening processes for 1561 aluminum magnesium alloy stiffened cylindrical part,an process scheme combining flattening and rolling was proposed.Then,the uniaxial tensile test data were fitted based on Voce and Swift constitutive models,and the Voce constitutive model with higher accuracy was selected to supplement the material data,so as to obtain higher simulation accuracy.Furthermore,the finite element model of stiffened cylindrical part was established,the flattening process parameters were designed,three rolling schemes and an improved rolling scheme were proposed,the overall flattening scheme was designed,and the deformation of part for each process in the above flattening processes was simulated by finite element method.The results show that the part reached a relatively flat condition after flattening deformation,and the improved rolling scheme greatly reduces the height difference of web plane fluctuation.At the same time,the comprehensive rolling effect of web and rib positions is investigated,and the flattening process further reduces the maximum error value of web flatness.
