摘 要:数值模拟回弹补偿不收敛的问题,已成为前期回弹补偿的主要难题。以某汽车大天窗为载体,通过分析目前所采用的补偿思路存在的问题及补偿不收敛的原因,提出新的补偿策略,并对比分析常用的3种补偿思路及新补偿策略的补偿收敛结果,最后基于新回弹补偿策略生成的补偿面进行冲压实验验证。结果表明:将同一回弹补偿量在不同工序补偿,将修边-冲孔工序的回弹量补偿到拉延工序,保证修边后主型面回弹合格后,再将整形工序的回弹量以1:2分配补偿到拉延和整形工序,通过2次迭代补偿后成功收敛。冲压实验零件的回弹量均控制在0.5 mm以内。说明提出将同一回弹补偿量在不同工序补偿的回弹补偿策略可靠。该方法对于类似零件的回弹补偿及生产具有重要的指导意义。The problem of non-convergence for springback compensation in numerical simulation has become the main problem of springback compensation in the early stage.Therefore,for a large automobile skylight,a new compensation strategy was proposed by analyzing the problems existing in the current compensation idea and the reasons for the non-convergence of compensation,and the compensation convergence results of three common compensation ideas and the new compensation strategy were compared and analyzed.Finally,the stamping experiment was carried out based on the compensation surface generated by the new springback compensation strategy.The results show that the same springback amount is compensated in different processes,and the springback amount of trimming-punching process is compensated for the drawing process.After ensuring that the springback amount of the main profile is qualified after trimming,the springback amount of the shaping process is distributed to the drawing and shaping processes by 1∶2,and the compensation process is converged successfully after two iterative compensation.In addition,the springback amount of stamping experiment part is controlled within 0.5 mm,indicating that the springback compensation strategy of compensating the same springback compensation amount in different processes is reliable.Thus,this method has important guiding significance for the springback compensation and the production of similar parts.
