摘  要:构建翼子板内板冲压成形有限元模型,对制件拉延成形过程进行数值模拟;综合考虑材料利用率、塑性应变、面品缺陷及回弹量,确定了制件拼合方式及拉延补充形式。为了提高成形对量产中材料的性能波动、摩擦条件变化、摩擦生热而导致的模具间隙变化等工况的适应性,设计压边力浮动为-10%~30%来确定制件成形裕度,并分析拉延成形压边力的浮动对回弹量的影响。对比制件自由回弹及夹持状态回弹的数值模拟结果,确定回弹补偿基准、回弹补偿策略和回弹补偿区域。数值模拟的回弹结果与调试制件的回弹结果存在一定差异。根据制件生产情况,确定压边力、摩擦因数、屈服强度、抗拉强度、厚向异性指数为主要变量,从制件自由回弹及夹紧回弹的波动情况分析差异性原因。The finite element model of stamping process for fender inner plate was established,and the drawing process of part was simulated.Then,the splicing way of part and the form of draw-addendum were determined by considering the material utilization rate,plastic strain,surface defects and springback amount comprehensively.In order to enhance the adaptability of the forming on working conditions such as material performance fluctuations,friction condition changes,die clearance changes caused by frictional heat generation in the mass production,the formability margin of part by fluctuating the blank holder force of-10%-30%was designed,and the influence of the blank holder force fluctuation in drawing on the springback was analyzed.Furthermore,the benchmark,strategy and area of springback compensation were determined by comparing the simulation results of free springback and clamping springback of parts,and there was a certain difference of the springback results between numerical simulation and debugged part.Finally,the blank holder force,friction factor,yield strength,tensile strength and thickness anisotropy index were designed as main variables according to the production situation of part,and the reasons for the differences from the fluctuation of free springback and clamping springback of parts were analyzed.
