摘　　要：目的探讨绿色激光线辅助视觉干预训练在帕金森病患者冻结步态中的应用效果。方法选择2019年4月-7月在本院神经科帕金森病区住院并具有冻结步态症状的25例患者为对照组,2019年8月-11月本院收治的25例患者为试验组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组患者在对照组常规护理的基础上,进行为期7d的绿色激光线辅助视觉干预训练。比较两组患者的步态指标、冻结步态严重程度。结果两组患者的站位起步时间、单步长及步频交互作用显著(P<0.05),转身及坐位起立时间交互作用不成立(P>0.05)。冻结步态量表评分F_(交互)=7.914,P<0.001,交互效应成立(P<0.05)。组间单独效应入院F_(组间)=0.001,P=0.974;出院F_(组间)=4.296,P=0.049;出院1个月F_(组间)=2.612,P=0.119;出院3个月F_(组间)=4.045,P=0.056。说明试验组的干预对帕金森病患者冻结步态严重程度有积极影响。结论绿色激光线辅助视觉干预训练有助于改善帕金森病患者冻结步态和冻结步态严重程度,减缓其帕金森病严重程度,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of green laser-assisted visual intervention training on frozen gait in patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods 25 patients with frozen gait symptoms hospitalized in the Parkinson’s disease area of the Department of Neurology of our hospital from April to July 2019 were selected as the control group and 25 patients treated in our hospital from August to November 2019 were selected as the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group received green laser-assisted visual intervention training for 7 days based on routine nursing in the control group.The gait indexes and frozen gait severity of the two groups were compared.Results The interaction of standing start time,single step length,and step frequency were significant in the two groups(P<0.05),whereas the interaction of turning and sitting stand time was not tenable(P>0.05).The score of frozen gait scale F_(interaction)=7.914,P<0.001,and the interaction effect was established(P<0.05).Separate effect between groups admission F=0.001,P=0.974;Discharge F_(group)=4.296,P=0.049;Group F one month post discharge=2.612,P=0.119;Group F three months post discharge=4.045,P=0.056.It shows that the intervention in the experimental group has a positive effect on improving the severity of frozen gait in patients with Parkinson’s disease.Conclusions Green laser-assisted visual intervention training is helpful to improve the frozen gait and the severity of frozen gait in patients with Parkinson’s disease,slow down the severity of Parkinson’s disease,and improve their quality of life.
