摘 要:【目的】认识南方铁杉(Tsuga chinensis var.tchekiangensis)林内物种的空间分布及种间联结特征,为南方铁杉的保护提供参考。【方法】在江西武夷山自然保护区设置南方铁杉更新林和成熟林典型样地,利用扩散指标(I_(δ))、平均拥挤度指数(m^(*))、Cassie指标(CA)等聚集强度指数,方差比率法(VR)、χ^(2)检验、联结系数(AC)等种间联结系数,对群落内物种在不同尺度下的空间分布格局、种间关联性进行研究。【结果】(1)更新林和成熟林中60%以上的物种在25 m^(2)和100 m^(2)尺度下均呈现聚集分布,且更新林的聚集度高于成熟林。(2)南方铁杉两个群落的总体关联性大体呈现为显著正相关,但群落中优势种的整体关联性仅在25 m^(2)尺度下呈显著正相关,在100 m^(2)尺度下更新林与成熟林分别呈不显著负相关、不显著正相关。(3)种间联结系数检验结果显示,两种尺度下优势种间的负联结性更新林均高于成熟林,更新林在25 m^(2)和100 m^(2)尺度下,显著或极显著负相关种对均为6对,分别占相关联种对的35%和60%;成熟林在两种尺度下均无显著或极显著负关联种对。(4)南方铁杉在更新林和成熟林中与多数树种关联性不显著,仅在25 m^(2)尺度下,与更新林中江南山柳(Clethra cavaleriei)、鹿角杜鹃(Rhododendron latoucheae)呈极显著正相关,与满山红(Rhododendron mariesii)呈显著正相关,而与多脉青冈(Cyclobalanopsis multinervis)呈极显著负相关。【结论】南方铁杉成熟林群落结构、种类组成、资源配置相对稳定,但更新林还处在不稳定的演替阶段,与其形成竞争的物种主要是多脉青冈。建议对南方铁杉更新林进行适当的人为干扰,去除与其竞争作用较强的多脉青冈,同时加强对武夷山南方铁杉群落的后续监测工作。[Objective]By exploring the spatial distribution and interspecific association of Tsuga chinensis var.tchekiangensis community,this study aims to provide reference for the protection and development of this rare species.[Method]A regenerating stand and a mature stand of T.chinensis var.tchekiangensis in Jiangxi Wuyishan National Nature Reserve were chosen as the typical sample plots.Aggregation intensity indices including dispersion index(I_(δ)),index of mean crowding(m^(*)),Cassie’s index(CA),and the interspecific association coefficients like variance ratio method(VR),χ^(2) test and association coefficient(AC)were computed to explore the spatial distribution patterns and interspecific associations of different spatial scales in the communities.[Result](1)At 25 m^(2) and 100 m^(2) scales,more than 60%of the species in the regenerating stand and the mature stand showed aggregation distribution,and the aggregation degree of the regenerating stand was higher than that of the mature stand.(2)The overall correlation of all species in the regenerating stand and the mature stand were significantly positive.However,the overall correlation of dominant species in the community was significantly positive only at 25 m^(2) scale.There was neither significant negative correlation nor significant positive correlation in both the regenerating stand and the mature stand at 100 m^(2) scale.(3)The test of interspecific association coefficient showed that the degree of negative interspecific association of dominant species in the regenerating stand was higher than that in the mature stand.At 25 m^(2) and 100 m^(2) scales,there were 6 species pairs respectively with significant or extremely significant negative correlation,accounting for 35%and 60%of the associated species pairs in regenerating stand.However,there were no species pairs with significant or extremely significant negative correlation in the mature stand at both scales.(4)T.chinensis var.tchekiangensis in the regenerating and the mature stand were not significantly
