摘 要:针对安神煤业2410底板道巷道围岩变形破坏特征,通过工程调研、地质测试等手段,获得了围岩条件,分析得出水平主应力值高,巷道穿层,完整性差,围岩强度低,遇水易软化;软弱岩层在高量值水平主应力作用下发生大范围、持续性的破坏和变形,是导致巷道围岩破坏难以控制的主要原因。根据软岩巷道变形破坏机制,提出了巷道开挖初期,通过高预应力、高刚度支护体,迅速对巷道围岩施加高预应力,将二维应力变成三维应力,提高围岩承载强度,同时高刚度支护体强力抑制初期变形造成的围岩裂隙张开和扩展,避免围岩发生不连续变形,维持围岩完整性,通过发挥围岩的自承能力来实现围岩稳定。基于此原理,提出了高强、高预紧力、高刚度的锚杆索支护系统设计方案,现场应用后,围岩变形控制效果良好,可以为同类条件巷道提供有益借鉴。According to the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of 2410 Floor Roadway in Anshen Mine,the surrounding rock conditions are obtained by means of engineering investigation and geological test,the strength of the surrounding rock is low,and it is easy to be softened by water.The failure and deformation of the surrounding rock are the main reasons that lead to the failure of the roadway.According to the mechanism of deformation and failure,it is put forward that the key point of supporting the soft rock roadway through layers under the complicated stress condition is to exert deformation resistance to surrounding rock in time after the roadway is excavated,and through the high rigidity of supporting system,it can restrain the crack opening and expansion,avoid the discontinuous deformation of the surrounding rock,maintain the integrity of the surrounding rock,and realize the stability of the surrounding rock by exerting the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock.Based on this principle,the design scheme of bolt-cable support system with high strength,High pre-tightening force and high rigidity is put forward.
