摘 要:为掌握新景矿8218工作面回采期间覆岩运动及矿压显现规律,采用RFPA数值模拟软件进行覆岩运动规律分析,得出直接顶和基本顶的运动规律及垮落特征;在工作面回采期间,通过布置矿压监测站的方式进行矿压显现规律和支架适应性分析,综合数值模拟和矿压监测数据判定基本顶的初次来压和周期来压步距。结果表明,工作面初次来压和周期来压步距分别为42.1 m和12.03 m,ZY5000-16/35型液压支架适应性好,回采期间液压支架初撑力不足,需加强管理。In order to grasp the rock movement and strata behavior law of 8218 working face in Xinjing Mine during mining,RFPA numerical simulation software was used to analyze the rock movement law,and the movement law and caving characteristics of direct roof and basic roof were obtained.During the mining of the working face,the strata behavior law and support adaptability are analyzed by arranging the mine pressure monitoring station,and the initial weighting and periodic weighting step distance of the basic roof are determined by comprehensive numerical simulation and mine pressure monitoring data.The results show that the initial weighting and periodic weighting steps of the working face are 42.1 m and 12.03 m,respectively.ZY5000-16/35 hydraulic support has good adaptability,and the initial support force of the hydraulic support is insufficient during mining,so it is necessary to strengthen management.
