摘 要:为解决薄煤工作面采空区顶板垮落不充分、不均匀、不及时对沿空留巷的破坏作用,根据冀中能源峰峰集团大淑村矿薄煤工作面顶板的特性,提出了超前打设切顶卸压钻眼,精准定位卸压,减少沿空留巷的承压。基于此,该矿引进DCA-45型切缝钻机,利用切缝钻机超前煤壁施工卸压钻眼,精准位置,待推采至采空区后,进行爆破切顶卸压。该技术的关键点在精准定位切顶卸压,主要包括顶板层位分析定位和钻眼定位。通过研究分析和现场实施,切顶卸压技术较好的释放了采空区顶板压力,减少采空区顶板压力和工作面周期来压在沿空留巷巷道上的显现。In order to solve the failure of gob-side entry retaining caused by insufficient,uneven and not timely roof caving in thin coal working face,according to the characteristics of thin coal working face roof in Dashucun Mine of Jizhong Energy Peak Group,it is proposed to set up roof cutting pressure relief drilling holes in advance,accurately locate pressure relief,and reduce the pressure of gob-side entry retaining.Based on this,the DCA-45 slitting drill was introduced in the mine.The slitting drill was used to construct the pressure relief drill hole in advance of the coal wall,and the position was accurate.After the mining was pushed to the goaf,the blasting cutting was carried out.The key points of this technology are accurate positioning of roof cutting and pressure relief,mainly including roof layer analysis and positioning and drilling positioning.Through research and analysis and field implementation,roof cutting and pressure relief technology can better release the roof pressure of goaf,and reduce the roof pressure of goaf and the periodic weighting of working face on gob-side entry retaining roadway.
