摘 要:矿井无极绳绞车被广泛应用于煤矿生产中,但传统的运行模式传输效率低。为了提高矿井绞车的传动效率,以慈林山煤矿JYB型矿井无极绳绞车为例,设计了一种矿井无极绳变频双速绞车的传动方案,通过理论分析及动力学分析,验证了该结构的可行性。对新型绞车进行电磁辐射干扰性能测试,新型变频双速绞车传动机构运行时的辐射噪声主要来自变频器和电机,辐射噪声值较弱,对设备周边的电磁辐射环境影响较小,能满足煤矿工程实际使用要求。Mine endless rope winch is widely used in coal mine production,but the transmission efficiency of traditional operation mode is low.In order to improve the transmission efficiency of mine winch,taking the JYB mine endless rope winch of Cilinshan Coal Mine as an example,a transmission scheme of mine endless rope frequency conversion double-speed winch was designed.Through theoretical analysis and dynamic analysis,the feasibility of the structure was verified.The electromagnetic radiation interference performance of the new type of winch is tested.The radiation noise of the transmission mechanism of the new frequency conversion double speed winch is mainly from the inverter and the motor.The radiation noise value is weak,and the electromagnetic radiation environment around the equipment is less affected,which can meet the actual use requirements of coal mine engineering.
