摘  要:为了有效降低双加压法制硝酸工艺液氨消耗量,对双加压法制硝酸工艺的氨系统排油次数和蒸氨时间进行了优化,降低了液氨杂质对铂网的影响,同时通过合理控制氧化炉炉温使铂网达到了最佳反应活性。增加液氨过滤器吹液氨管线,避免液氨过滤器在清洗或更换滤芯过程中其内存在的液氨放空排放影响作业环境。蒸氨器出口气氨管线增加磁性过滤器,提高氨转化用氨量的合理性,避免硝酸装置尾气黄烟的出现,增加了环保效益,减少液氨的浪费。In order to effectively reduce the consumption of liquid ammonia in the nitric acid production process of the double pressurization method,the number of oil discharges and the ammonia distillation time of the ammonia system of the nitric acid production process of the dual pressurization method were optimized to reduce the influence of liquid ammonia impurities on the platinum mesh,and at the same time,it is reasonable that the temperature of the oxidation furnace is controlled to achieve the best reactivity of the platinum mesh.The liquid ammonia filter liquid ammonia blowing line is added to prevent the venting of liquid ammonia in the liquid ammonia filter during cleaning or replacement of the filter element from affecting the working environment.A magnetic filter was added to the ammonia gas pipeline at the outlet of the ammonia vaporizer,which improves the rationality of the ammonia amount used for ammonia conversion,avoids the appearance of yellow smoke in the tail gas of the nitric acid plant,increases environmental protection benefits,and reduces the waste of liquid ammonia.
