大学生寝室人际生态满意度的实证研究

摘　　要：寝室人际生态对大学生健康成长、班级凝聚力提升和校园文化建设发挥着基础性作用。通过问卷调查法,利用SPSS软件对大学生寝室人际生态满意度的影响因素进行了实证分析,得出三个结论。第一,个体化差异和寝室间异质性对满意度影响显著。第二,寝室人际生态缺乏有效制度保障。第三,大学生对解决寝室纠纷的路径认知不足。针对这三个问题,结合思想政治教育学相关理论,从文化建设、制度建设和队伍建设三个角度进行了寝室人际生态优化路径的设计。The interpersonal ecology of the dormitory plays a fundamental role in the healthy growth of college students,the improvement of class cohesion,and the construction of campus culture.Based on questionnaire survey and SPSS software,the influencing factors of interpersonal ecological satisfaction of college students’dormitories are analyzed empirically,and three conclusions are drawn as follows.Firstly,individualized differences and heterogeneity between dormitories have significant effects on satisfaction.Secondly,the interpersonal ecology in the dormitory lacks effective institutional guarantee.Thirdly,college students are not aware of the way to solve dormitory disputes.In view of these three problems,based on the relevant theories of ideological and political education,this paper designs the optimal path of interpersonal ecology in dormitory from three angles of culture construction,system construction and team construction.
