摘 要:充分调用系统内可再生资源、合理配置系统内各机组容量、利用储能设备解耦各能量之间的耦合关系是降低系统运行成本的重要手段。利用场景分析法,建立了可再生能源出力及负荷不确定性模型,在此基础上,将地源热泵及混合储能系统引入区域综合能源系统,以地源热泵系统解耦CCHP机组“以热定电”约束,并制定合理的长、短期储能协调运行方案,以系统运行成本最小为目标建立了包含能量转换、存储设备在内的区域综合能源系统日前调度模型。运用Yalmip、Matpower工具箱,利用Cplex求解器在Matlab环境下对IEEE39节点系统进行仿真分析,求得夏、冬季典型日运行成本最低情况下的各机组出力情况与组合模式。仿真算例表明,合理调用区域系统内风、光、地热能,并采用长、短期储能相结合的混合储能协调调度形式,能够实现能量的季节性转移,为区域综合能源系统运行带来经济优势,提高能源利用率。To reduce the operation cost of system,it is significant to invoke the renewable resources,allocate the unit capacity reasonably and decouple the coupling relationship between energy with energy storage equipment.With the scenario analysis method,we first established the uncertainty model of renewable energy output and load.Secondly,we introduced the ground source heat pump and hybrid energy storage system into the regional integrated energy system.The ground source heat pump system was used to decouple the CCHP unit constrained by“heat fixed power”,and a reasonable coordinated operation plan of long and short term energy storage was established.Aiming at minimizing the system running cost,we established a daily dispatching model of the regional integrated energy system which consists of energy conversion and storage device.Finally,using Yalmip and Matpower toolbox,we conducted a simulation analysis of the IEEE39 node system with Cplex in Matlab to obtain the output of each unit and the combination model under the lowest running costs in typical summer and winter days.The simulation results show that seasonal energy transfer can be realized by using the wind,light and geothermal energy in the regional system reasonably and adopting the hybrid energy storage coordinated scheduling form in which long-term and short-term energy storage are combined so as to bring economic advantages to the operation of regional integrated energy system and improve the energy efficiency.
