摘　　要：草地贪夜蛾是2019年入侵我国的重大迁飞性农业害虫,具有繁殖能力强,适生区域广、寄主范围宽的特点。草地贪夜蛾的室内大量饲养是开展相关防控研究的重要前提。本文研究了鲜食甜玉米籽粒对草地贪夜蛾的室内饲养效果,结果表明:以甜玉米籽粒饲喂草地贪夜蛾时幼虫期为13.69天、预蛹期为2.31天,均显著短于取食甜玉米叶片的对照组的14.07和2.51天;同时,饲喂甜玉米籽粒的草地贪夜蛾雌蛹重达228.40 mg、雄蛹重达224.35 mg,均显著高于取食甜玉米叶片的对照组的180.85和179.08 mg。以甜玉米籽粒饲喂的草地贪夜蛾发育速度更快,饲养周期更短,而且鲜食甜玉米籽粒相对于甜玉米叶片更易获取和保存。综合来看,鲜食甜玉米籽粒适用于草地贪夜蛾的室内饲养。Spodoptera frugiperda is a major migratory agricultural pest that invaded China in 2019.It has strong reproductive ability,wide suitable area and wide host range.Large-scale indoor breeding of Spodoptera frugiperda is an important prerequisite for related control studies.In this paper,the feeding effects of fresh sweet corn kernels on Spodoptera frugiperda were studied.The results showed that the larval and prepupal stages of Spodoptera frugiperda that fed on sweet corn kernels were 13.69 and 2.31 d,which were significantly shorter than that of the control group(14.07 and 2.51 d).At the same time,the weight of female and male pupae of Spodoptera frugiperda that fed on sweet corn kernels were 228.40 and 224.35 mg,which were significantly higher than that of the CK(180.85 and 179.08 mg).Spodoptera frugiperda that fed on sweet corn kernels had a faster growth rate.Meanwhile,fresh sweet corn is easier to obtain and preserve than corn leaf.In conclusion,fresh sweet corn is suitable for indoor breeding of Spodoptera frugiperda.
