摘　　要：介绍合成氨装置卡萨利氨合成塔主要内件的构成、塔内气体流程、催化剂框由丝网结构改造为槽板结构等改造要点、内件改造前、后催化剂运行工艺对比情况。改造后节能降耗效果明显,达到了预期的目的。This paper introduced the composition of the main internals of Casale ammonia converter,the gas flow in the tower, the key points of the transformation of catalyst frame from mesh structure to trough plate structure, and the comparison of catalyst operation process before and after the transformation of internals. The performance test shows that the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is obvious after the transformation, and the expected purpose is achieved.
