摘　　要：针对新建甲醛装置长期处于频繁开、停车和低负荷生产的状态,通过优化操作、精细化管理和设备改造等诸多手段,降低了原料消耗,确保甲醛装置安全稳定运行。With respect to the newly-built formaldehyde plant frequently starting-up and shutting down and under low load condition, various measures were taken, such as operation optimization, delicacy management, and equipment improvement, etc., to reduce raw material consumption, and guarantee the safe and stable operation of the plant.
