摘　　要：甲醇装置碱液和锅炉化学加药系统使用米顿罗系列液压隔膜计量泵,在投用期间该泵发生频次较高的不打量或打量不足故障。从泵体自身零部件与计量系统管道及附件两方面入手查找故障原因,并对故障的处理方法进行归纳,达到降低设备故障率,提升故障处理效率,最大程度地发挥精密计量设备的最佳性能的目的,为设备检修技术人员处理液压隔膜计量泵同类故障提供借鉴参考。The Milton Roy series hydraulic diaphragm metering pump was used in alkali liquor feeding and boiler chemical dosing system in the methanol plant. During the operation of the pump, the failure of no flow or insufficient flow happened time to time. To find the failure reason, we checked the parts in the pump body and the piping and accessories of the metering system, collected the failure treatment methods so as to reduce the failure rate, enhance the treatment efficiency, exert the best performance of the precision metering equipment to the maximum extend, and meanwhile provide the reference for maintenance person to treat similar failure happened on hydraulic diaphragm metering pump.
