中共洛阳组统一战线策略和宣传策略的运用探析

摘　　要：中共洛阳组在领导陇海铁路工人罢工斗争过程中,正确运用了统一战线策略和宣传策略。统一战线策略解决了陇海铁路工人内部的团结、工人和员司的团结、陇海铁路和其他路局工人相互支持问题,弱化了北洋政府和军阀反对罢工的意愿;宣传策略以表达罢工的有理、有节为核心,促进了不同群体对罢工的了解和支持;两种策略的正确运用促进了陇海铁路工人罢工斗争的胜利。The Luoyang group of the Communist Party of China correctly used the united front strategy and publicity strategy in leading the strike of Longhai railway workers.The united front strategy solved the problems of unity among Longhai railway workers,workers and administrators,mutual support between Longhai and other railway workers,and weakening the willingness of the Beiyang government and warlords to oppose the strike;the publicity strategy focused on expressing the rationality and integrity of the strike,and promoted the understanding and support of different groups for the strike.The correct application of the two strategies promoted the victory of Longhai railway workers’strike.
