壮医针挑疗法联合常规西药治疗类风湿关节炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医针挑疗法联合常规西药治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊、甲氨蝶呤口服治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用壮医针挑疗法。2组均以4周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效、ACR20缓解率,以及治疗前后28个关节的疾病活动度评分(DAS28评分)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)。结果:治疗组显效20例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率为90.00%;对照组显效15例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%。2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组ACR20缓解率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者DAS28评分、IL-1β、IL-6、CRP、ESR较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),除CRP外,治疗组上述指标降低程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医针挑疗法联合常规西药在缓解类风湿关节炎患者关节症状、降低炎症指标方面具有一定疗效,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needle pricking therapy of Zhuang medicine combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Double Release Enteric Coated Capsule and Methotrexate.The treatment group was treated with needle picking therapy on the basis of the treatment as in the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,ACR20 remission rate,disease activity score(DAS28 score),and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,20 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.00%.In the control group,15 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 73.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The remission rate of ACR20 in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,DAS28 score,IL-1β,IL-6,CRP,ESR,in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Except CRP,the decline of the above indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle picking therapy of Zhuang medicine combined with conventional western medicine has a certain effect in alleviating joint symptoms and reducing inflammatory indexes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,worthy of clinical promotion.
