摘  要:为了解决小保当一号煤矿112201工作面回采巷道掘进期间片帮严重,掘进速度被严重拖慢的问题,开展了含夹矸煤巷帮部破坏机理与控制技术研究。含夹矸煤巷片帮原因主要为水平应力作用显著,煤-矸物理力学性质差异大,支护参数设计存在问题。数值模拟得出夹矸厚度越小,帮部稳定性越差,分层掘进二次成巷有利于控制片帮。提出了“关键区”强韧护表支护技术,实现锚杆支护高预应力并使其有效扩散,可大幅增强关键区薄弱围岩的韧性;经现场应用,片帮问题得到解决。In order to solve the problems of serious wall caving and slow tunneling speed during the excavation of mining roadway in 112201 mining face of Xiaobaodang No.1 coal mine,the failure mechanism and control technology of coal roadway with gangue are studied.The main reasons for the wall caving of coal roadway with gangue are the significant effect of horizontal stress,the great difference of physical and mechanical properties between coal and gangue,and the unreasonable design of support parameters.The numerical simulation shows that the smaller the thickness of gangue,the worse the stability of the side.The use of layered excavation and secondary roadway formation is conducive to controlling the wall caving.The high strength and toughness support technology of“key area”is proposed to realize the high prestress of bolt support and make it spread effectively,which can greatly enhance the toughness of weak surrounding rock in key area.After field application,the problem of wall caving has been solved.
