下峪口煤矿瓦斯治理方案设计及优化

摘　　要：为建立适合矿区特点的“一矿一策、一区一策、一面一策”的瓦斯治理方案,下峪口煤矿瓦斯治理方案以瓦斯综合治理为中心,在深化矿区煤与瓦斯动力灾害与瓦斯地质认识上,调整矿井生产能力与生产布局,按照“以抽定产、以风定产、工程先行、技术突破、装备升级、管理创新、全面提高”瓦斯综合治理思路进行了方案优化。下峪口煤矿主要采取以保护层开采与卸压瓦斯抽采相结合、穿层和本煤层钻孔抽采相结合的井下瓦斯综合抽采方案,实现矿井“抽、掘、采”协调开采。该方案优化对具有相似条件的突出矿井的瓦斯治理工作具有借鉴意义及应用前景。In order to establish a gas control scheme of“one strategy for one mine,one strategy for one area and one strategy for one working face”suitable for the characteristics of the mining area,Xiayukou Coal Mine takes the comprehensive gas control as the center.In deepening the understanding of coal and gas dynamic disasters and gas geology in the mining area,the gas control scheme is optimized by adjusting the mine production capacity and production layout,and according to the gas comprehensive control idea of“determining the production by gas extraction,determining the production by wind,engineering first,technological breakthrough,equipment upgrading,management innovation and overall improvement”.Xiayukou Coal Mine mainly adopts the underground comprehensive gas extraction scheme of combining protective layer mining with pressure relief gas extraction,and combining through layer gas extraction and coal seam gas extraction,so as to realize the harmonic mining of“gas extraction,tunneling and mining”.The scheme optimization has reference significance and application prospect for gas control in outburst mines with similar conditions.
