摘 要:科学合理的确定井田开拓方式对控制建设投资、缩短施工工期、提高生产效率和降低运营成本具有积极意义,而井筒形式及施工方法、支护方式的选择则是井田开拓方式的重要组成部分。以黄蒿界煤矿为例,根据已经确定的工业场地选址及井口位置,结合矿井实际建设条件,对副井井筒形式提出了大倾角轨道斜井(20°)、缓坡斜井(6°)和大断面立井3个方案,从技术特点、经济投资、运营费用等方面进行了全面分析对比。结合建设方生产矿井管理经验,确定副井采用大倾角轨道斜井(20°)具有明显优势,比选方法对类似条件矿井建设项目具有一定的借鉴意义。Scientific and reasonable determination of mine development mode is of positive significance to control construction investment,shorten construction period,improve production efficiency and reduce operation cost.The selection of shaft form,construction method and support mode is an important part of mine development mode.Taking Huanghaojie Coal Mine as an example,according to the determined industrial site and shaft location and combined with the actual construction conditions of the mine,three schemes of large inclination track inclined shaft(20°),gentle slope inclined shaft(6°)and large section vertical shaft are proposed for the form of auxiliary shaft,and a comprehensive analysis and comparison are made from the aspects of technical characteristics,economic investment and operation cost.Combined with the mine management experience,it is determined that the auxiliary shaft adopts the large inclination track inclined shaft(20°),which has obvious advantages.The comparison and selection method has a certain reference significance for mine construction projects under similar conditions.
