摘 要:目的探讨多元化健康教育对冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后自我行为管理及自我效能的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月医院心内科收治的100例接受PCI手术的冠心病患者为研究对象,按组间基本特征匹配原则分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组行常规健康教育,观察组行多元化健康教育,比较两组患者自我行为管理、自我效能、健康知识认知及心血管不良事件发生情况。结果出院时两组患者自我管理各方面评分均明显增高,且观察组出院时各方面评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时两组患者的功能维持和症状维持评分均显著增高,且观察组评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时两组疾病相关知识、术后服药、饮食健康及康复锻炼等方面的评分均明显增高,且观察组出院时各方面评估明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育可提升患者健康知识认知程度,提高其自我行为管理及自我效能,并有助于降低心血管不良事件发生风险。Objective To investigate the effects of diversified health education on self-behavior management and self-efficacy on patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of basic feature matching,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received diversifi ed health education.Self-behavior management,self-effi cacy,health knowledge cognition and the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-management in both groups were signifi cantly higher at discharge,the scores of observation group were higher than the control group at discharge in every aspect,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).At discharge,functional maintenance and symptom maintenance scores of 2 groups were signifi cantly increased,and the score of observation group was signifi cantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of disease-related knowledge,postoperative medication,healthy diet and rehabilitation exercise in the two groups were signifi cantly higher,the evaluation of all aspects in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education can improve patients'cognition of health knowledge,improve their self-behavior management and self-effi cacy,and help reduce the risk of cardiovascular adverse events.
