导硐法过大断层回采工艺应用分析

摘  要:基于9106^(-1)工作面回采期间过F6断层时破岩量大、机械设备损坏严重、回采效率低等技术难题,四明山煤矿对工作面传统过断层回采工艺存在的问题进行分析,提出了导硐法过断层回采工艺,大大降低了机械破岩量,提高了过断层期间围岩稳定性,保证了工作面安全高效回采,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the technical problems such as large amount of rock breaking,serious mechanical equipment damage and low mining efficiency during the mining period of the 9106^(-1)working face crossing F6 fault,Simingshan Coal Mine analyzes the problems existing in the traditional mining technology of crossing fault.In this paper,the mining technology of piloting tunnel method crossing fault is put forward,which greatly reduces the amount of mechanical rock breaking,improves the stability of surrounding rock during passing through fault,ensures the safe and efficient mining of working face,and achieves remarkable application results.
