摘　　要：铁法能源公司晓明煤矿为20世纪60年代投产的老矿井,主井箕斗装载提升系统技术装备落后。随着采矿技术的飞速发展,定容式装载提升系统早已不能满足高产高效矿井的安全要求。辽宁通用重型机械股份有限公司对晓明矿主井箕斗装载提升系统进行改造,研制新型智能化技术装备,满足《煤矿安全规程》要求,消除安全隐患,有利促进煤矿安全生产。Xiaoming Coal Mine of Tiefa Energy Company is an old mine put into operation in the 1960s,and the technical equipment of skip loading and lifting system of main shaft is backward.With the rapid development of mining technology,the constant volume loading and hoisting system has long been unable to meet the safety requirements of high-yield and high-efficiency mines.Liaoning General Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd.reformed the skip loading and lifting system of the main shaft of Xiaoming Mine,developed new intelligent technical equipment,met the requirements of coal mine safety regulations,eliminated potential safety hazards and promoted coal mine safety production.
