摘 要:稠油、凝油和疏松砂岩油藏含砂量高、渗油缓慢,因地层供液能力不足导致射流泵空抽。现有的射流泵控制方式大多根据人工测量的油井动液面来调节射流泵的工作频率,但油井动液面实时变化,人工测量的液面高度的实时性无法保证,不能实现对采油过程的实时动态监控,不能满足数字化油气田建设和自动化建设要求。分析油井动液面和套管压力的控制特点并结合同心射流泵采油工艺及其设备特点,提出基于动液面的同心双管射流泵智能排砂采油控制系统。该系统对动液面和套压分别采用模糊控制和位控制策略,其主要由STM32为核心的智能控制器、安装在井口的油井动液面及套管压力监测仪、变频器及电磁阀构成。结果表明,该系统可以实时准确获得动液面的高度和套管压力值,自动调节电机频率和井口电磁阀,实现最佳采油状态的控制,大幅度提高采油效率。Heavy oil,condensate and unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs have high sand content and slow oil seepage rate,and insuffi⁃cient liquid filling of jet pump is caused due to insufficient formation liquid supply capacity.Most of the existing jet pump control meth⁃ods adjust the working frequency of the jet pump according to the manually measured oil well dynamic liquid level.However,due to the real-time change of the oil well liquid level,the real-time performance of the manually measured liquid level can not be guaranteed,and the real-time dynamic monitoring of the oil production process can not be realized,which can not meet the requirements of digital oil and gas field construction and automation construction.An intelligent sand discharge oil production control system of concentric double pipe jet pump based on dynamic liquid level is proposed based on the analysis of the characteristics of oil well dynamic liquid level and casing pressure control,and combined with the characteristics of concentric jet pump oil production technology and equip⁃ment.The system adopts fuzzy control and position control strategies for dynamic liquid level and casing pressure respectively.It is mainly composed of intelligent controller with STM32 as the core,oil well dynamic liquid level and casing pressure monitor installed at the wellhead,frequency converter and solenoid valve.The experimental results show that the system can obtain the height of dynamic liquid level and casing pressure in real time and accurately,automatically adjust the motor frequency and wellhead solenoid valve,real⁃ize the control of the best oil production state and greatly improve the oil production efficiency.
