韩国射箭项目发展历程、经验及启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料、历史分析等研究方法,回顾韩国射箭项目发展历程,总结发展经验及对我国的启示。韩国射箭项目经历开端、普及、发展、新征程4个发展阶段,发展经验为“企业+协会”管理模式,健全制度环境;注重体教结合,培养后备人才;赛事多元化,提升竞技能力;注重科学研究,提升竞赛成绩。启示:深化体制改革,完善协会管理模式;后备人才培养是可持续发展的基础;科技助力运动员竞技能力提升;合理设置比赛,构建多元化赛事体系。By using the methods of literature review and historical analysis,this paper reviewed the development of archery in South Korea,summarized the development experience and enlightenment to China.South Korean archery has experienced four development stages:beginning,popularization,development and new journey.Development experience:It adopts"enterprise+association"management mode to improve the institutional environment,pays attention to the combination of sports and education in training reserve talents,improves competitive ability by diversified events,and focuses on scientific research to improve competition performances.Enlightenment to China:We should deepen the institutional reform to improve the management mode of the associations,attach importance to the reserve talents training as the foundation of sustainable development,adopt technology to help athletes improve their competitive ability,and set up reasonable competitions to build a diversified competition system.
