摘　　要：运用文献资料法、案例分析法等,研究新加坡社区型体育服务综合体及对我国的启示。OTH是新加坡社区型体育服务综合体的典型代表,其价值在于增强场馆生存和发展能力、推动区域经济快速发展、提高社区居民生活质量、提升公共服务供给能力。成功运营的经验:融合协同性原则统筹规划,多方面提供人性化服务,体育空间融入政府部门,成功运用绿色循环体系。对我国建设体育服务综合体的启示:创新发展理念和发展模式;政府引领,协调多元主体参与;绿色发展理念与高新技术结合;鼓励社区型体育服务综合体建设;提供全民健身产品,完善服务功能和内容;注重空间灵活性,重视业态联动发展。This paper mainly used the methods of literature review and case analysis to study the Singapore community-based sports service complex,and put forward the enlightenment to China.OTH is the typical community-based sports service complex in Singapore.Its value lies in enhancing the survival and development ability of venues,promoting the rapid development of regional economy,improving the quality of life of community residents,and enhancing the supply capacity of public services.The successful operation experience comes from the overall planning based on the principle of integration and coordination,the provision of humanized services in various aspects,the integration of sports space into government departments,and the successful application of green circulation system.Enlightenment to the construction of sports service complex in China:We should innovate the development concept and model,strengthen government guidance and coordinate the participation of multiple entities,combine the concept of green development with high and new technology,encourage the construction of community-type sports service complex,provide national fitness products to improve service functions and content,and pay attention to space flexibility and the contact of different commercial categories.
