国外高校图书馆数据馆员管理服务现状和启示

摘　　要：文章采用文献调查法、网络调查法和内容分析法,从科学数据政策与组织运营、数据馆员岗位管理、数据馆员管理服务三方面对国外29所高校图书馆数据馆员管理服务现状进行调研,剖析其特点。研究发现,国外高校图书馆数据馆员具有政策权责分明、跨学科属性、多元化职责、较强的合作和批判思维及解决问题能力等明显的特点。我国高校图书馆应通过科学设置本土化数据馆员岗位、强化数据馆员教育培训、以全生命周期增值科学数据管理服务等策略,推进我国高校图书馆数据馆员职业发展。This article uses the method of literature survey,network survey and content analysis to investigate the current situation of data librarian management services in 29 foreign university libraries from three aspects:scientific data policy and organizational operation,data librarian job management,and data librarian management services,analyzes their characteristics.The study found that foreign university library data librarians have obvious characteristics such as clear policy rights and responsibilities,interdisciplinary attributes,diversified responsibilities,strong cooperation,critical thinking and problem-solving ability.Chinese university libraries should promote the professional development of data librarians in Chinese university libraries by scientifically setting up localized data librarian positions,strengthening data librarian education and training,and adding value to scientific data management services throughout the life cycle.
